STILL SMALL BANDS OF HOSTILE TRIBESMEN United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Thursday, 9.20 p.m. ROME, May 11. General Terruzzi, Under-Secretary for Italian Africa, told the Chamber of Fascists that Italy materially and morally controlled Ethiopia, though small bands of hostile tribesmen were still operating in the provinces of Amara and Shoa, as a result of foreign assistance and propaganda.
