NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE AND LEVY GENERAL RATES. • pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that ' it is the intention of the Kiwitea Rabbit Board, at a Special Meeting to be held at Kimbolton on the first day of JUNE, 1939, to make and levy a General Rate of Three-fourths of one penny (id) per acre, under the provisions and authorities of “The Rating Act, .1925,” and “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1925,” and amendments (if any), on the area in the Kiwitea Rabbit District, exclud- . ing the area in the Southern Group; also to make and levy a General Rate of one penny half-penny (lid) per acre under the provisions and authorities of “The Rating Act, 1925,” and Section 67 of 1 “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928,” and amendments (if any) on the area in the Southern Group, comprising the Blocks marked 1 to 3 on the plan of the Board’s District.
