WINTER MEETING OPENS TO-DAY WIN-AND-PLACE BETTING The Forbury Park Trotting Club's winter meeting will be opened to-day and it will be concluded on Saturday. The betting system will be win-and-place and horses likely to be fancied in their engagements are as under:— Bayfield Handicap: Chateau, Hatrack, Paddy’s Harvest.
