Bowling
A progressive rinks tournament was held on the Manawntu green yesterday, 48 players representing four clubs participating. After a most enjoyable day’s play in which five games were keenly contested the winning rink proved to be Spilman, McGilvray, Lynch and Mills (s), the runners-up being Turnbull, R. B. Robertson, Butler aud C. Anderson (s).
