Death From Injuries Mr. Pcrcival Penley, aged 64, a farmer, of Ohau, died in the Palmerston North Hospital on Sunday as the result of injuries received while at his work on April 15. It is understood that Mr. Penley fell from a motor-lorry and sustained a broken back when a farm implement passed over him.
Tiritea Water Owing to the day fixed for an inspection of the waterworks at Tiritea having turned out unsuitable, tho Palmerston North City Council on Monday night decided to carry out the inspection next Tuesday. Later there will be considered, in committee, a report from the Department of Health in regard to the supply.
