ENTIRE CAST COMPOSED OF WOMEN (Opera House: Commencing tomorrow.) Few plays have aroused so much controversy as Clare Boothe’s brilliant comedy, “The Women,” a feature of which is that the entire cast is composed of women, the stcry satirising the malicious and idle gossip of New York society women. Heading a distinguished group oi artists is the American actress, Irene Purcell, well-known for her portrayal in the production of the film “Man in ! Possession,” in which she appeared with Robert Montgomery. Miss Purcell lias the one sympathetic role in “The Women," that of Mary Haines, who becomes separated from her husband through the slanderous talk of women who call themselves her friends.
