British Peers Daughter
LONDON, Jan. 24. In the Divorce Court yesterday Mr. Frederick Alan Irving Muntz was granted a decree nisi by Mr. Justice Hodson because of the misconduct of his wife Lady Margaret Frances Anne Muntz, daughter of the Marquess of Londonderry.
Mr. Ireton Custerson (otherwise Custerton) was cited as co-respondent, and the suit was not defended.
Mr. Mnntz was described as a company director. The marriage took place at the Kensington registry office on November 21, 1934. There are no children.
The case for Mr. Muntz was that after the marriage he and his wife lived at Berkeley Square, LondtXi, and at an address near Newbury, but they parted in the middle of 3937 because they found it impossible to live together. Misconduct wa* alleged at Lodge Farm, Little Hadham, Hertfordshire, between December, 1937, and May, 1938.
Costs were given against Lady Mar garet and the co-respondent.
