Mussolini Violates Agreement
ARAIS SENT TO YEMEN Received Saturday, 12.30 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 17. Mussolini has broken Article Two of the Anglo-Italian Agrement by secretly sending arms to Yemen in exchange for the control of several strategic islands fringing the Yemen coast. Article Two states that neither party will seek a privileged political position in the territory at present belonging to Saudi Arabia, Yemen, or territory which either State might hereafter acquire.
