Car Collides With Rail-car
TWO MEN INJURED AND BOTH VEHICLES DAMAGED WELLINGTON, Oct. 4. Two men were injured when the motor-car in which they were travelling toward Petone came into collision with a south-bound rail-car at the Petone crossing at about 12.15 p.m. to-day. Mr. Sidney Frank Trask, of 1 Bouverie Street, Petone, suffered concussion and Mr James Donoghuc, of Argentine Avenue, Miramar, a passenger in the motor-car, received minor cuts to the head. After receiving medical attention, both men were taken to hospital by the free ambulance. Mr." C. J. McAlister of Station Road, Tawa Flat, who wa-: also in the car, was not injured. The condition of the men taken to hospital, is not serious. Extensive damage was done to the body of the motor-car and the front ot the rail-car also showed considerable evidence of the impact.
