Cruisers of New Zealand Squadron
REVISED ITINERARY ANNOUNCED Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. Revised programmes of movements for cruisers of the New Zealand Squadron were announced to-day by the Minister of Defence (Hon. F. Jones). The Minister stated that 11. MB. Leander, commanded by Captain J. W. Rivett-Carnae, would leave Auckland on Saturday, and her itinerary will be: Lyttelton, August 8 to 15; Dunedin, August 15 to 25; Nelson, August 27 to September 1; Pictou, September 1 to 5; return to Auckland September 7. H.M.S. Achilles, flagship of Commodore L G. Glennie, will leave Auckland on September 17 and will visit Lyttelton from Sepember 19 to 28; Dunedin, Sepember 29 to October 6, and Wellington, October 7 to 17. The cruiser will return to Auckland on October 19.
