Commander A. B. Fanshawe, whose appointment to the New Zealand Naval fetation for three years was announced by cable to-day, will take the place of Captain R. D. Oliver, D.S.C., A.D.C., whose term expires in September. Captain Oliver was appointed to the New Zealand station in 1936 and is second naval member of the Naval Board.— Press Assn.
