Why Negotiations Were Postponed DIFFERENCES TOO GREAT BETWEEN PARTIES United Press Association.— By Electrlo Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Thursday, 9.20 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 4. The Prague correspondent or the Daily Mail says Dr. Hodza (Czech Premier) postponed the negotiations with the Sudeten German Party because he considered the differences bo tween the party and tho Government wore still so great that any negotiations at present would be abortive. Ho will consult Lord Runciman before making further plans.
