Budge Will Not Go “Pro.”

Budge and Mako (the U.S.A. tennis pair), on their arrival here, indignantly denied that they had split up their doubles partnership. They said they expected to play together in the Davis Cup and other tournaments this season. Budge, referring to the report that he was turning professional, declared: “That is entirely out of the question.’’
