AUCKLAND FIRM’S TENDER ACCEPTED Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Aug. 3. Commenting on the proposal to pub lish a radio -journal, me PosunasterGeneral, the Hon. F. Jones, said that tenders had been considered and that that submitted by Wilson and Horton, of Auckland, had been accepted. It was expected, he said, that the first issue of the new paper, to be known as the New Zealand Listener, will appear in about three months.
“Primarily,” said Mr Jones, “the purpose of the publication is to make the programmes available to listener* throughout the Dominion, but the paper will contain ether matter relative to the activities of the broadcasting service and of broadcasting cenerallT.”
