Proles! at Wages Cut
MEN ON GOVERNMENT JOB CEASE WORK Per Press Association. WESTPORT, Last Night. Men engaged on a new school site at Denniston have decided to cease work as a protest against tho action of the Government in reducing their wages. The matter has been taken up by the local union and referred to Wellington for settlement. It is stated to be a question of Dominion-wide issue.
