Lloyd Nolan Plays Cold-blooded Killer
Lloyd Nolan, last seen on the side of the law in the recently released “Tip Off Girls,” does a complete turnabout and plays a cold-blooded killer in his new film, Paramount’s “Hunted Men,” which opens on Saturday at the Mayfair theatre. Nolan is seen as an ununderworld lord who is driven from his customary haunts by the police into taking refuge in a quiet suburban home until the chase grows cold. There he is idolised by Lynne Overman ’s young son, Delmar Watson, who doesn’t suspect his real identity, and it is the boy who, unknowingly, teaches him what a rotten life he has been leading.
