Refugee Problem
Ilf • .?NATIONAL CONFERENCE OPENS GENEVA, July 6. Delegates from 32 countries began examination of the problem of dealing with political refugees. Lord Winterton said that Brit air would always afford haven but that her ocope was now limited owing to unemployment. Britain was, however, ready to collaborate with other countries with reference to the sending of refugees tc colonies.
Lord Winterton warned Germany that refugees must be allowed to take out soma capital If she expected other Countries to receive them.
Mr Myron Taylor (United States) he ferred to millions without a country oeing forced upon countries iil-equm ped to receive them. The increasing tension, he said, was not conducive tc world peace
