Underworld Feuds in Sydney
FOUR MEN STABBED AND FOUR SHOT SYDNEY, May 18. One of the worst outbreaks of violent crimes for many years occurred in Sydney during the week-end. One of four men stabbed in two different affrays will probably die. Four other men were shot in two underworld feuds. One man was battered by a thug, and there were a number of smash-and-grab raids in the city. Poliee wireless cars and cycles e3C ' perienced a very busy time. Two constables were injured, one critically, when a motor-cycle crashed into I brick wall during a chase.
