Attention is drawn to tlio advertisement in this issue in which the Public Trustee invites tenders for the purchase of a leasehold property at Ruawhata, Pahiatua, containing approximately 77 acres. The property has no buildings on it but is excellent dairying land, most of which is sown down in permanent pasture. The secretary of the Pahiatua branch of the Farmers’ Union desires to acknowledge the following further donations to the supper arrangements of Wednesday evening’s hall: Mesdames E. 8. Holdaway, L. Holdaway, C. C. Hercock, C. J. Eising, F. W. Gaudin, J. Beech (Mangahao), E. Eddie, J. T. Allsop, C. J. Smith (Konini) and G. A. Allan.
