R.S.A. Concert at Woodville

A most successful concert was presented by the Woodville R.S.A. on Anzac night in the Cosy Theatre. The theatre was filled to capacity which must have proved most gratifying to the organisers. Those contributing to the programme were “The Swingsters, ” comprising Pat Collins and Graham Pattle (piano), Peter Jordan (drums) and Bob Ofsoski (string bass). Songs were contributed by Mrs. Schroder (contralto), Mr. Stevens (baritone) and Mr. Baker, “Tho Singing Radio Man.” Humour was supplied by Mr. G. L. Chatwin and comedy by Mr. Len Wood. Mr. Alan Sunborne proved very popular with his steel guitar as likewise did Mr. Geo.. Adams with his lightning sketch work. Altogether the concert must go down as one of tho most successful yet held and thanks are due to all performers, Mr. Gordon Wickes, for the use of two pianos, and Mr. Chapman for the use of the Cosy Theatre.
