At the meeting of the Bush Kugby Union reference was made to cups going astray and being lost. Yesterday two cups were found. The “Parkville,” presented in 1922 for third grade championship, the last inscription beihg Athletic, 1933. The “Studebaker ” Cup, presented in 1924. has been misplaced since Alfredton won it in 1931.
A proposal to amalgamate the Bush Union with.the Wairarapa Kugby Union was discussed at length- by Rugby enthusiasts on Wednesday night. It was moved that Bush wait for Wairarapa to approach them in reference to the proposal, and on being put to the vote was carried by 9 to 7.
