Feilding S.P.C.A.
At the monthly meeting of the Feilding branch of the S.P.C.A., Mrs. Morphy (president) presided, those also present including: Mr. G. Coleman, Mesdames Telfar and Brandt and Misses Sinclair and Wright. Correspondence was dealt with from the Federation of New Zealand Societies for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
The remits for the annual conference in Wellington were discussed. Mrs. Morphy was appointed delegate to attend the conference.
Mr. W. C. Lee was appointed inspector. His telephone number Is 716, and cases of cruelty to animals may be reported direct to him. A donation of ;?9s was received from
“Animal Lover,” also 2s from Mrs. Brandt; The donors were asked to accept the thanks of the committee for their gifts.
