Lithuanian Plan For Future Disputes
COMMITTEE TO CONSIDER KOVNO, March 15. A spokesman for iRc Lithuanian Government denied that troops are concentrating on the Polish frontier, where the recent incident did not necessitate special measures. It was intended, he said, to propose to Poland that a committee should be set up to consider future international disputes.
