Blum. Foreign Minister : M. Paul Boncour. Minister of Defence : M. Daladier. Minister of Justice : M. Ruccait. Minister of Navy : M. Cesar Cam pinchi. Minister of Air : M. Guy Le Cliambre. Minister of the Interior : M. Dormoy. Minister of Commerce : M. Cot. Minister of Postal : M. Le Bas. Minister of Pensions : M. Riviere. Minister of Education : M. Jean Zay. Minister of Agricllturc: M. Monnet. Minister of Labour : M. Serrol. Minister for Colonies : M. Marius Moutet. Minister of Health : M. Gentin. Minister of the Budget : M. Charles Spinasse. Minister of Public Works : M. Julea Moch. Minister of Propaganda : M. Frossard. Those without portfolios are MM. Auriol, Faure, Violette and Steeg. The Ministry is Radical-Socialist. M. Blum declared that the absence from the Cabinet of M. Chautemps and M. Delbos, with whom he had maintained a trustful friendship, did not imply disagreement with them. They preferred, after two years of da* iy labour, to support the Government L; the Senate or the Chamber of Deputies rather than as Ministers. The new Ministry of Propaganda, he said, would be directed to defence of French thought and culture. M. Daladier is Vice-Premier.
