The Abyssinian resistance has not been entirely crushed, though the Gojjam region is becoming normal as a result of military pressure, says the Times’ Addis Ababa correspondent. The populations of many zones have submitted, while thousands of armed men under Dedjazmatch Aileu Mescescia have surrendered and will be employed in future in peace operations. Niue thousand native political prisoners have been released in Danani Somaliland and sent to their homes on the understanding they will work quietly under the Government. %
