Kevin Brest, aged 23, was killed whea an aeroplane in which he was a passenger crashed in a paddock near Keinpsey, on the north coast. The pilot was uninjured. Roy Grophier, aged 22, the pilot, and two passengers, Karl Ostram, aged 23, and Miss Laurel fcihiels. aged 27, were killed when an aeroplane crashed 12 miles from Adelaide. Miss tthiels was a former swimming champion of South Australia.
