£65 TAKEN FROM SAFE. For Press Association. ROTORUA, Last Night. A daring robbery occurred at Rotorua railway station when the premises were entered and a sum of money removed from a small safe which was blown open. The office was locked shortly after midnight on Saturday and the lights were left on. When the acting-station-master arrived at the station he found the safe badly shattered and wide open. The contents, totalling approximately £65 and various papers had been removed.
