MAGINOT LINE MANNED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Monday, 1.3 a.m. PARIS, March 13. Le Matin says that in view of the international situation all troops stationed along the Franco-German frontier in the fortifications of the Maginot Line have been confined to barracks. All leave at other garrisons has been stopped.
