Already twenty-five persons have been killed and forty-five injured as a result of a cyclone razing tea estates ir the Dibrugarh hills in the Lakhim pur district.
Another important step in the reconstruction of Napier was made on Saturday, when the foundation stone of a new block of Government buildings which will house many State Departments at present scattered in temporary premises was laid by the Minister of Public Works. The design of the building is modernistic, in keeping with the architecture of new Napier.
