CHANCELLOR’S FAREWELL BROADCAST VIENNA, March It. The full text of Dr. von Schuschnigg’s farewell broadcast is as follows “Germany sent Herr Miklas an ultimatum that unless my Government fel in with the German Government’s pro posals German troops would marck into Austria. “I declare befora the world that all reports of unrest among workers in Austria and of blood flowing In the streets are complete fabrications. “Herr Miklas asked me to inform th« Austrian people that we Would yield to superior force. We have ordered thf Austrian Army to offer no resistanc* and to retire, because we do not wish to spill German blood. General Schil* havsky has been entrusted with th« command of the army and will give all the necessary orders, so I take farewell. ‘ God protect Austria!”
