BUDGERIGAR AS PET. LONDON, March 1. Princess Elizabeth is training a young Australian budgerigar and, with the help of her sister, Princess Margaret Rose, she has already taught it to say a number of words. She is now trying to teach it to say a complete sentence. The Princess is very patient, spending half an hour daily on the task after her lessons. The Queen sometimes looks on.
