TENNIS SECRETARY RESIGNS
SURPRISE IN AUSTRALIA General surprise was occasioned ai the meeting of the Lawn Tennis Assooiation of Australia in Melbourne recently when the secretary, Mr A. H. Barraclough, tendered his resignation. Mr Barraclough was appointed secretary five years ago and now finds that his professional practice as a public accountant interferes too much with his secretarial duties. His resignation was accepted with regret and steps are being taken to appoint a new secretary.
