The Railway Department announces that a week-end excursion to Auckland and Frankton Junction has been arranged for the week-eud, March 4-7. The excursion tram leaves Wellington Friday night (4th.) aud arrives Auckland Saturday morning. Return train leaves Auckland 5.40 p.m. Sunday (6th) and arrives Wellington 8.55 a.m. Mon day. The fares are at a cheap rate with free reservation of seats. The excursion covers all stations in Maria watu, Wairarapa aud Napier See advertisement in this issue.
