Mr. L. S. F. Bell, manager of the Waipukurau branch of tho Union Bank of Australia for over six years, has been appointed a sub-inspector. He will be attached to the head office at Wellington, and will leave Waipukurau about # March 10. His successor is to be Mr. J. E. Dunne, of the Wairoa branch.
