Warm Days Per Press Association WELLINGTON, Last Night. An anti-cyclone still covers New Zealand, with its centre off the East Coast of the South Island, while a cyclone has remained almost stationary west of Norfolk Island and has been gradually filling up. A rather deep complex depression, however, is now located over Eastern Australia. Winds: South-easterly at first in the Cook Strait area but otherwise easterly to north-easterly prevailing, force moderate to strong in the far northj elsewhere light to moderate, but later freshening generally. Seas (N.Z. waters): Rough north of East Capo and off shore north of Cape Egmont, elsewhere slight to moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: North-easterly winds predominating, strong in the northern portion, with rough seas and moderate but increasing in the southern portion with moderate but later rising Weather: For the most part fair and cloudy but misty or foggy at times in many places. Some scattered showers or drizzling rain probable more especially in the North Island and eastern districts of the south. Temperatures warm, YESTERDAY’S WEATHER Auckland: Sun and cloud, light wind. Hamilton: Sunshine, calm. New Plymouth: Sunshine, calm. Gisborne: Overcast, light wind. Napier: Overcast, cann. Palmerston North: Sunshine, light east wind. Masterton: Cloudy, calm. Wellington: Sunshine, light wind. Blenheim: Cloudy, light breeze. Nelson: Sun and cloud, light wind. We3t Coast: Sunshine, light wind. Christchurch: Overcast, light wind. Timaru: Overcast, t-axm. Dunedin: Cloudy, calm. Invercargill: Cloudy, light wind.
