Terrace End’s Progress
Citizens arc invited to attend a general meeting of tho Terrace End Development and Progressive Association in the Terrace End Bowling Club’s pavilion to-morrow (Thursday) at s o’clock. It is hoped that a representative number of ladies will be present. It is considered that the activities of the association should be l'ully discussed, and the progress of the work at the recreational area has been the subject of much favourable comment. The City Council has earned the thanks of all residents in this respect, and it is hoped that the association may be able to follow up the council's lead and assist: in making the area a splendid city asset. Suggestions by citizens will be appreciated by the executive.
