No performances last three starts. (2) The Club reserves the right to rehandicap on the day. (3) Except where otherwise stated, four starters or no events, five or no second prize, six or no third. (4) The Committee reserves the right to add to, delete or alter the programme or postpone the Sports if necessary. (5) Protests must be made m writing ind lodged with Secretary 30 minutes after event has taken place, accompanied by sum of 7/6.
