Semple, hopes to present to Farliameikt during the present session, the clause has been re-introduced providing for tho registration of bicycles, Mr. Semple announced at to-day’s meeting of the New Zealand Road Safety Council. Mr. Semple said that, when registration had been proposed before, there had been some opposition in Christchurch.
