MR. SEMPLE INTRODUCES A * CLAUSE Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. In. the Transport Amendment Bill, which the Minister, Hon. R. Semple, hopes to present to Farliameikt during the present session, the clause has been re-introduced providing for tho registration of bicycles, Mr. Semple announced at to-day’s meeting of the New Zealand Road Safety Council. Mr. Semple said that, when registration had been proposed before, there had been some opposition in Christchurch.
