MEETING OPENS TO-DAY WIN-AND-PLACE BETTING The Waikato Racing Club’s summer meeting opens at Te Rapa to-day and the principal events on to-day’s programme are the Storey Memorial, which will be decided over a mile and three furlongs, and the President's Handicap, the open sprint.
