APPLICATION TOR NEW DOMINION AWARD

An all-day discussion took place in Conciliation Council to-day on an application by the New Zealand Federated Caretakers', Cleaners' and Lift Attendants' Industrial Association of Workers for a new Dominion award. There wa3 agreement on minor machinery clauses only, and wages, hours and holidays will be further discussed to-morrow.
