CHEAPER RATES LIKELY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, Feb. 14. The Australian Associated Press says it is understood that important decisions will shortly be announced in connection with imperial communications which are likely to involve cheaper rates between England and the Dominions, co-ordination of the wireless and cableservices, and far-reaching financial reconstruction.
The decisions, which will probably be announced simultaneously by the British and Dominion Governments, are the outcome of protracted negotiations between representatives of the governments and cable and wireless companies.
