Father Charged With Attempted Murder
BURNING OF CHILDREN. United Press Association—By KloctriTelegraph.—Copyright. MONTREAL, July 15. A messago from Lansdowne, Ontario, states that Albert Knight, aged 55, n wealthy former official of a petroleum company, has been arrested on a charge of attempting to burn threo of his children to death and collect 250,000 dollars lifo insurance. Knight was already at liberty on bail on a charge of arson arising out of a fire at his home. His eldest daughter Ruth was also charged in connection with the latter case. She is not mentioned in the attempted murder warrant.
