Before Mr. L. H. Hartley, J.P., yesterday an offending inebriate was charged with being found helplessly drunk the day before in Main street. As it was his first time before the Court, he was convicted and discharged. Mr. Claude Harvey, the ex-Manga-tainoka Kugby player and now a policeman in the making in Wellington, scored three of tho policemen’s eleven points in a Rugby match, Wellington Police ▼.
