From Our Own Correspondent. Ladies’ Hockey. The Rangitikei Ladies’ Hockey competition was continued on Wednesday in fine weather. Kia Ora defeat United.—This game took place on the Onepuhi ground and resulted in a win for Kia Ora by 2goals to one. During the first half United had Kia Ora defending for a good portion of the spell. In the second half Kia Ora. combined and played much better liockey. scoring two goals, one each by AI. iwikau and Al. Bush. J. Aiclndoe scored the only goal Lor United. Tutaenui v. Halcombe: This match, played at Halcombe, resulted in a win for Tutaenui 6—2. The game, a fast one, was all in iavour of Tutaenui, who were in great form and had Halcombe defending. Tutaenui’s goals were shot by Al. Aloss (2), J. Thompson (2), I. Coles (1), and AI. Warren (1), while C. Rogers and M. Clapham scored one each for Halcombe. Points Table.

United 5 1 4 0 2 Reprcsenttative Rugby Match. To-day, (Saturday), on the Aiarton Park, the junior Rugby representative match between Rangitikei and Taihape takes place. A good game should be seen.
