The prize-winners in a dietary study competition inaugurated by the School of Home Science, University of Otago, include Mrs. C. Coppell, of 68 Bongo - pai street, Palmerston North, who secured one of the ten prizes of 10s 6d each. The winner of the first prize (£3 3s) was Mrs. S. Lineker, of Roseneath, Wellington. The competition was conducted in order to gain information as regards the diet of New Zealand people, and there were 53 entries.
