BOXING BOARD INVESTIGATING CONTRACT Received Wednesday, 11.15 p.m. NEW YORK, Alarch 17. The State Athletic Commission has been notified by tho British Boxing Board that photostatic copies of the Aladison Square Garden contract with Baer will bo necessary before the board will investigate the commission's com plaint in regard to his failure to meet Pastor.
