Max Fleischer’s new and greater “Popeye,” the full-colour, third-dimen-sional, two-rccl Paramount cartoon, ‘‘Popeye tho Sailor Meets Sindbad the Sailor,” will bo a feature of the Mayfair theatre’s bill on Saturday.
