ECONOMICAL PUDDING Ingredients for this are 3 tablespoons butter or dripping, 1 cup water, I cup plain flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, J cup currants, 1 teaspoon carbonate of soda.. Mix in the usual way and steam for 3 | hours. Serve with white sauce or cusf tard.
