The Railway Department announces that the next of their attractive week end excursions to Auckland and Frankton Junction has been arranged for the week-end March 12-15. The excursion traiu leaves Wellington on Friday night (12th) and arrives Auckland Saturday morning. The return train leaves Auckland 3.5 p.m. Sunday (14th) and arrives Wellington 6.50 a.m. on Monday. The fares are less than id per mile with free reservation of seats. The excursion covers all stations in tho Manawatu Wairarapa and Napier districts. *oee advertisement in this issue.
