New Zealand Bowling Championships
RAIN INTERFERES WITH PLAY. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. Rain prevented the completion of today’s programme in the New Zealand championship bowling tournament. Post section play in the singles commenced but could not be continued after lunch, and instead of half-a-dozen being left in at the cessation of play as was anticipated there remain 26, four of whom have two lives.
